Dear Friend,
At the very heart of Gospel is the life-changing truth: God loves people. He loves you personally, deeply, and unconditionally. His love is not distant or passive; it is active, sacrificial, and relentlessly pursuing you.
You were created for personal relationship with God, He knows you by name. Yet, you are separated from God. Sin has broken that relationship. Sin is more than just bad behaviour—it is a condition of the heart that turns away from its Creator. It’s who we have become by nature. We inherited a rebellious identity, which led to spiritual death, guilt, and separation from the One who lovingly made us.
But here is the wonderful solution: God, rich in mercy and overflowing with love, did not abandon us. He did the unimaginable—He gave His only Son, Jesus. Jesus came not only to forgive our sins but to take our place, bearing the punishment we deserved. He died so that we can be reconciled with God and live. Jesus didn’t come merely to clean us up; He came to make us new.
As the Bible says, “God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself” (2 Corinthians 5:19). Through Jesus:
- Our sins are forgiven.
- Our sinful nature is crucified with Him.
- We are made righteous—not by works, but by grace.
- We receive a new heart and a new spirit.
God is not seeking religion but relationship. His heart says, “I want you back—not as a servant, but as My child.”
Salvation isn’t about following rules; it’s about responding to love. God has already done everything needed to save you. Now, He invites you to:
- Believe in Jesus
- Repent from sin
- Receive Him by faith
When you do, you will receive:
- His forgiveness
- His Spirit
- His righteousness
- Your new identity as a beloved child of God
In one sentence, the salvation story is this: God gave His Son to bring you home, to change your heart, and to make you His forever.
